Our spacious chalet offers three levels, full of comfortable rooms with all the warmth of home. We built this house for our family's enjoyment and want to share it with you as well. Our private community offers a great opportunity for biking, tennis, swimming, boating and much more.
The top level of the house is the enclosed loft with Queen bed, its own bathroom, spacious closets and private balcony to enjoy some quiet moments.
The main level has a virtually all glass front wall that allows the sun and natural beauty of the outdoors to pour in. In the colder months, relax by the fireplace or enjoy some of your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV and Free WiFi High Speed internet. This same level has a fully equipped kitchen (we have both a regular and Keurig Coffee pots - remember to bring your favorite 'K' cups), two bedrooms (one with Full Bed and one with two twins) and bathroom. Just off the great room is the den with full size convertible couch). There are sliding glass doors to either of the two huge decks. One is equipped with gas grill and outdoor picnic table the other with a swing and chairs for relaxing with a nice drink.
Below is the ground level with large bedroom (full bed and twin bunk beds that), bathroom, laundry room and huge recreation room. The rec room has Classic Arcade Games, video games, a combination pool table/air hockey and ping pong table. Electronic dart board and Nintendo game system fully stocked with games are here as well to keep the kids busy. This level has windows in every room as well as a sliding glass door that leads out to the yard.

Summer Activities (within the community):
-Our community offers a pristine 195 acre lake with life guard protected swimming beach and two pools as well as paddle boats and great fishing. Bring your kayak or canoe to explore the nuances of the lake as well as the natural island in the middle. The clubhouse has a full service restaurant, bar (for nominal fee) and snack shack with outside deck seating. There is also an arcade, children's playground and beach volleyball courts.
-The marina area offers, tennis and basketball courts and boat launch area (no motor boats allowed).
Summer Activities (within surrounding area):
-Camel Beach waterpark and zip lining adventure is close by.
-The Lehigh River offers some of the best whitewater rafting on the East Coast.
-There are many golf courses in the surrounding area including Splitrock, Jackfrost and Pocono Manor.
-Nearby Hickory Run State Park offers, spectacular waterfalls (Hawk point), hiking, and the beauty of Boulder Field natural preserve area. Deer, turkeys and other wildlife are a joy to see in thier natural setting.
-Feel like a thrill? Try the NASCAR driving experenice at Pocono Motor Speedway and Formula One as well. Or take in one of the two NASCAR Sprint Series Cup races. (5 minutes away)
-Outdoor sports such as fishing, hunting, and trap shooting are available at many locations throughout the area.
-Many other unique activities for all ages are available such as paintball, go-carts, miniture golf, guided bike adventures, scenic train rides, horseback riding, etc.
-If shopping is more your thing you have your choice of Amish countryside markets, historic downtown of Jim Thorpe or the Premium Crossings Outlets in nearby Tannersville.
Winter Activities in the Area:
-Ski, snow boarding and tubing are available at Big Boulder (5 minutes away), Jack Frost (10 minutes away) and Camel Back (20 minutes away).
-Enjoy the magic of being indoors in the middle of winter and enjoy the Spiltrock H2O indoor waterpark (7 minutes away).
-Snow mobile, cross country skiing, dog sledding and ice skating are just a few of the other activities you and your family can enjoy.
Autumn Activities in the Area:
-Wonderful views of the fall foilage are all around but most spectacular is from the view high above at Penn's Peak - Roadies Restaurant. This is a breathtaking observation post atop one of the highest elevations around the area. While your at it you can take in a great show and/or dinner at this terrific venue.
-Halloween Festivals are all around. Whether its a haunted hayride your after or just a fun filled festival day picking pumpkins at Country Junction you will find it.
Spring Activities in the Area:
-For the adventurous enjoy the early rapid of the Lehigh River or try your hand at the skrimish paintball tournaments.
-Take a stroll through lovely downtown Jim Thrope and see the shops, museums and historic buildings.
-The rails to trails bike excursion is a wonderful family adventure.
