About Garry Graham
I am a California native and Balboa Island resident for 40 years.
I love to kayak, sail, paddle board and enjoy resort living within walking distance to the Balboa Island Village and shops.
Garry Graham purchased this apartment in 1983
Why Garry Graham chose Balboa Island
This rental is located on the quiet side of Balboa Island called
Little Island connected via a quaint, small bridge over the Grand Canal. The walk to the Village is scenic along the Grand Canal and only two blocks away. It's far away from the jet noise of Orange County Airport and the alley traffic . Locals use the alleys to avoid traffic, especially on holidays. Renters really need to consider location on the island and our unit offers a quiet and peaceful location.
What makes this apartment unique
You can walk out the front door and walk four doors to the beach to enjoy the solitude of a morning cup of coffee sitting on the sea wall looking out across the bay. Or take a morning swim! Walking is so enjoyable on both Big and Little Island with the ever-changing vistas of Newport Bay to keep you entertained.
