The Space:

As you enter the home, you will find a spacious mud room at the front of the house that is separated from the main living space by an additional door. Perfect for storing and keeping your outdoor gear organized, the mud room is complete with a built-in bench and coat rack, providing ample space for your gear. From the mud room open the second door into the home where you will be greeted by the open dining room and kitchen area. This cozy space features a dining table with seating for 6 just to the right of the door, a perfect spot for enjoying meals with your group or playing some rounds of cards to unwind after a day of adventures. Adjacent to the dining room is the open and fully-equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen features spacious countertops, a full range of appliances, and a kitchen bar with 3 bar stools, offering a great spot for grabbing quick snacks or additional dining space for larger groups.

Make your way down the hallway, where you will find a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and an enclosed shower. Conveniently located in the bathroom is a stacked LG washer and dryer unit, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

Just steps away, the hallway opens up to the inviting living room, where 2 plush couches with deep cushions are ready for you to kick back and relax in. The couches are comfortably seated around the mounted 50” Smart TV, so you can enjoy movie nights after a day on the slopes or trails. A rustic gas fireplace in the room is perfect for keeping warm on chilly winter days while you lounge in this cozy space. Sliding glass doors frame the impressive mountain views, and provide access to the spacious covered balcony. Step outside and enjoy your own private outdoor oasis from which you can take in the views over Breckenridge Ski Resort while you hang out at the outdoor table which includes 3 chairs.

Make your way up the plush carpeted stairs to the second floor of the home, where a private sauna greets you at the top of the stairs. Adding a spa-like luxury to the home, end the busy days easing sore muscles in the sauna, the perfect way to unwind!

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the first bedroom next to the sauna, a cozy space outfitted with a queen-size bed, matching nightstand, and a closet. A shared bathroom is comfortably located next to the first bedroom and includes a single-sink vanity with ample storage space, as well as a bathtub/shower combo. At the end of the hallway is a master bedroom, a private and intimate room offering a comfortable retreat for guests. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a sliding door closet, and two large windows filling the space with natural light. Adding to the comfort of the room is an en suite bathroom, making it easy to freshen up before bed with a single-sink vanity and a spacious stand-in shower.

Completing the home is the third bedroom, located on the third floor, providing a great separation of space between the bedrooms for added privacy. The only room on the third floor, the bedroom features 2 twin beds with a 3-drawer dresser in-between, a spacious sliding door closet, and a cozy nook area with a window filling the space with natural light.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, which includes a private sauna and a balcony. Guests will also have access to 2 parking places in the parking lot in front of the building.

The Neighborhood:
This charming town is situated in the Baldy area, a paradise for hiking enthusiasts with both the Baldy and Boreas Pass Loop trailheads nearby perfect for summer hiking adventures. Another great option is to enjoy a sunny day with a visit to the Blue River, just an 11-minute drive from the home, where you have endless opportunities for fishing and kayaking. In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort and under 10 minutes from the BreckConnect Gondola getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those who enjoy learning more about the history of an area, be sure to visit the nearby Breckenridge Sawmill Museum or Washington Mine and Milling Exhibit. For those with a vehicle, you are just a 7-minute drive to downtown. Once downtown, you can park and hop on to the FREE Main Street Trolley and enjoy exploring downtown with ease. For those traveling between November to May, AWD/4WD drive is required.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
