Quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage less than 1 block to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TVs on cable, VCR, 2 DVDs, iron/board, central HVAC, and telephone for your comfort. Accommodates Ten (10) with 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 bunk, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 twin sleeper chair, and 1 rollaway. Located in Oceanside Village which is a gated community with 24-hour security, Rec Center, fitness center, indoor & outdoor pools, playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, ball field, golf cart rentals, and private beach access and parking. NO PETS ALLOWED (No personal golf carts allowed - golf carts can be rented through Oceanside Village)
