Turn the waterfalls for the pool on in the back yard and lounge in the pool in your own slice of paradise. Four lounge chairs allow you to find the sun or shade in the yard to enjoy the beautiful weather we're known for! Hot tub with the pool heats in minutes and further enriches the experience.

We have equipped the kitchen with high end appliances and neutral white dishes and several selections of wine glasses! We love to support Savory, a spice shop down on El Paseo, so we have stocked beyond essentials with common herbs and spices we enjoy using.

Mexican lime and mandarin trees share their fruits for your juicing or recipe needs, and a gas grill provides for outdoor cooking.

With a desk in each of the three bedrooms, you and guests can knock out some work in your own private area away from distractions.

• Road noise can be heard in the back yard
• The desert experiences periods of wind that might blow sand and debris into the back yard and pool/spa
• A small Worx blower is available to help blow debris from outdoor living areas.
• Pool maintenance performed twice per week
• Landscape maintenance is done Monday mornings and periodically on additional days for tree and shrub maintenance
