Luxury Lakefront Log Home

What an incredible Log Home in a beautiful peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the clear clean spring fed Waupaca Chain of Lakes. Spent the days on the water (plenty of sand bars to dock the boat and take a swim) and the nights around the camp fire. The air conditioned home made for great sleeping .... can't wait to return next summer. Bob and Gail were great hosts making sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Our family had an amazing vacation staying in this beautiful log home right on the Chain of Lakes. The house is large and new with a wonderful great room to gather for games, drinks, movies, whatever! Everything we needed was in the kitchen, comfortable beds, nice furniture. There is a fire pit area in back for s'more making and story telling. The views of the lake from the deck are breathtaking. We loved being able to walk right down to our own pier whenever we felt like it to fish, swim, or take the boat for a ride on the many connected, super-clear lakes. We took the boat to mini golf, to a fun restaurant, and to sandy, shallow areas where the kids (young and old) could splash around. My husband and brother found a "secret" fishing spot and went back everyday! To top all of this off, the owner of this home is extremely welcoming and gave us lots of ideas about how to spend our vacation in Waupaca. We will be back!

The pictures listed don't do this cabin justice. It was more spacious than it appears in the photos. Very well maintained and worth every penny, especially being right on the crystal clear waters of the Chain O'Lakes. Clearwater Harbor is a great place to bring the family or for a night out when the sun goes down. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
