Beachfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico (to get any closer to the water, you'd have to drive into it). One-bedroom/two-bath townhouse with one queen bed and two queen sofa beds, sleeps 6 comfortably.

Enjoy breathtaking gulf views overlooking the hamlets of HWY 30-A (just a 5-minute drive away) and Carillon Beach.

Perfect for a romantic get-away, family vacation, girls' weekend, boys' fishing trip, or snowbird winter home.

Catch a fish in the surf and cook it up in our fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy a glass of wine during sunset from our 9th story balcony.

We found that the property was in a quiet area of PB and away from the hustle and bustle of spring breakers all over the place. We enjoyed the view of the gulf from the balcony. The groceries stores (Publix/Winn Dixie) were very close. The condo was spacious although it was only two of us on this trip. We'd definitely rent this space again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This was the absolute best place I have stayed in the last 5 years in PCB. The condo was clean and well stocked, including floats. The owners are amazing and very helpful. The views from the condo balcony is of the majestic Gulf and the view from the breakfast area was of the gulf towards Destin and the lake. It was peaceful and the beaches were not overly crowded for the week of the 4th. All in all it was a AAA+ vacation. Don't hesitate to rent this one it is worth every penny. We will be back to enjoy this condo again and again.
