Relax with the whole family at this peaceful luxury home. Family and dog friendly with a toddler crib, high-chair, baby proofing throughout the home, gates at both ends of the stairs (must lock gates manually) gates at front entrance and baby proofed doors, a fully fenced in yard with no holes for those small escape artists. All has been carefully thought out.

House is in 1 block walking distance to the Water-Park, Barn and Marina.

3 Bedroom spacious home with additional game room as a well appointed lounge with two extra full size bunk beds. Enjoy this fully equip home with everything any family could possibly need. From an outdoor kitchen fully equip with fire place to your lake access and resort style water park. They're something for everyone. The entire home is yours (excluding the master closet and garage) 2 free parking spaces on drive way and additional parking steps away. Everything has been meticulously cleaned.

Community Amenities!

1) Community has a small Market (yes there's wine! )

2) fishing pond (catch and release back)

3) Pickleball Courts (fobs are provided for access)

4) Lake access and Marina (rentals are separate please contact marina for more infomation)

5) Barn with pool table, ping pong and a relaxed, beautifully decorated facility with seating for gathering with friends and family

6) Water-park with 3 pools including the lazy-river with bar. Food is provided at the bar and drinks are mastered for those hot Texas summers. Towels provided as well, no reservations needed to enjoy the cabanas. (POOLS are currently CLOSED, TBD opening may take till Mid May 2024)

6) Serene and majestic nature walks and trails by the lake (deer, turtles and other wild life)

7) Lodge that was used as a resturant - hoping we can have this open to again this summer -TBD

8) Kids boat playground area and Volleyball with sand setup.

Community is 20-30 minutes from Bee Caves city with HEB supermarket and Hill Country Galleria Mall. You're also 5 minutes from Briarcliff and spicewood. Airport is 36 Miles away. Uber Eats does deliver to this house and we have access to fast speed Wifi.

2 Dog Max are allowed(no cats due to allergy ) - More than two dogs please email for approval. Dogs of ANY SIZE are allowed.

We do provide housekeeping refresh and changing of linens, for an additional fee of $70/day. Message upon booking to include this with your stay. Because we respect our guests privacy and have many who opted out, we made this amenity optional.

Please do remember to clean up after your pups!
