The apartment is totally private with your own entrance, living room, bathroom, bed room with AC, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is equipped with a new comfortable bed and a luxurious (sleeper) sofa. The balcony and garden invite you to sit down, take a swim or have a glass of wine whilst watching your favorite Netflix series on the Smart LED TV in the living room. Guests have access to their private apartment and balcony. Free parking area is accessible for all our guests. The outside seating and swimming pool is shared with (max. 3) other apartments if those are booked during your stay. We are a luxurious and private Villa, We are very happy to help our guests if needed. You can always reach us by text if you have any questions, need a rental car or an airport pickup, but we will not be in your space. Privacy and comfort is for our guests is our main goal. Our complex is located in the most luxurious part of Curacao; Vista Royal, this part of Jan Thiel is home to a lot of celebrities and happy few, which you can be a part of during your holiday! The sea, restaurants and beach clubs Zanzibar and Papagayo are just a 5 minute walk away. When you stay with us it's possible to rent a car, or you take the nearest busstop, which is only 250 meters walk from the complex. The price includes gas, water and electricity. The airconditioning is charged separately because not everyone wants to use it and we don't want to overcharge guests for something that they won't use during their stay. The charge for the aircon is 5 EUR per night per unit. 7% tourist tax will be charged upon arrival. There are no more additional costs.
