IMPORTANT: We kindly request your attention to our house rules, which we ask you to read thoroughly. It is imperative that all guests adhere to these rules, as any violation will result in a penalty of $3000. Furthermore, we would appreciate your cooperation in providing identification for all individuals staying at our property.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you haven't done it yet, please make sure to download the August Home application on your phone and provide us with your phone number so we can send you an invite. Our home will be accessed via phone app.

If several guests would like to have access, please ask them to download the app and log in using your log in credential.

➤ Please be informed that the lawn is maintained every other Saturday, so you should see the crew for about one hour on Saturdays.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb website to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1. A picture of the government ID of all guests is required in advance to register you.

2. The building fob has a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise.
