This fabulous condo features an open floor plan with soaring 18 ft. ceilings and a view of the bay from the second story. It is fully furnished with all the luxury amenities. It is 1 bedroom/1 bath, smoke-free and in the heart of Little Italy. This great place is walking distance to the Marina, the famous Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center, Petco Park, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza, museums, Embarcadero, movies, shopping, countless places to dine out, coffee houses, bakeries, jazz clubs, you name it… this neighborhood has it all. The Maritime Museums are nearby and you can also take a ferry to famous Coronado Island. It is a short ten minute drive to Sea World, Old Town San Diego, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, Hillcrest, and the San Diego Zoo. And you can take the Trolley to most of these places.

Great Trip Out West

My husband and I loved our stay in Little Italy! It was great to be able to rent a car and have close parking. We were close to everything but enjoyed taking a day trip to Temecula. It was so nice to have our own space and sleep in if we wanted and eat our meals when we wanted. Thank you so much!

Loved Staying At This Property!

We just returned from a month long vacation in San Diego and this place was perfect for us – walking distance to downtown entertainment area, SD Convention Center, Seaport Village, the harbor, parks, etc. and a short drive to the beaches, Old Town, Balboa Park, etc. In addition, the wonderful restaurants of Little Italy were right around the corner and the terrific Little Italy Farmer’s market on Saturday was a block and one half up the street. The unit itself was very clean, beautifully decorated and included so many “extras” so we were pleasantly surprised. Things we were not expecting was things like spices to use when cooking, beach towels, an umbrella and the owner even had binoculars to use when we walked to the theatre right downtown. WOW! An added bonus was how great and responsive the owner was to work with and we really appreciated all her great suggestions on things to do, places for happy hour, etc. She even provided a suggested vet just in case our older pup needed medical attention. We could not have asked for a better stay in wonderful San Diego and so we HIGHLY recommend this property.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!!!

I would definately recommend this condo as an absolute PERFECT place to stay in the Little Italy community. Wonderful restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Private parking was an added bonus. The condo is immaculate, the furnishings are BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and at home. I cannot wait to go back!!!

Fantastic condo with all the comforts of home!

I highly recommend this place--it is first-class, immaculately clean & beautifully furnished. The owner was very professional and easy to work with. It could not have been in a better location; near shopping, restaurants, parks and everything we wanted to do. The community of Little Italy is charming and pristine. Since parking at a major hotel can cost nearly as much as the car rental, it was great to have secure, garage parking at no additional cost. What a great benefit. Also having a fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer made our stay very comfortable at a fraction of the cost of a nice hotel. Excellent value!!!
