Beautifully designed executive three story home located Lakefront in a gated community in historic Camp Richardson Resort at Lake Tahoe. A spacious, 3300 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home which features breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe with 80 feet of your own sandy beach, a 100' private pier and two buoys for your water activities, outdoor deck, barbeque, and a large lawn area.

Spacious Living Room has a surround sound DVD/CD stereo system, satellite TV/VCR, huge windows overlooking the lake and a large wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs living area equipped with wet bar, icemaker, dishwasher, refrigerator, satellite TV/VCR and fireplace.

Beautiful Kitchen with granite countertops and floor is incredibly equipped with state of the art appliances including large Wolf range and two ovens, Thermador Convection oven with microwave, and Bosch Dishwasher.

LARGE MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has 180 degree views of Lake Tahoe, King size bed, gas fireplace, balcony, and large master bath with large jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, and walk-in closet.

Two other bedrooms have their own private baths and gas fireplaces (one bedroom with private deck).

Fourth bedroom has full bath across the hall.

Each bedroom has satellite television and VCRs.

Separate laundry room with Washer/Dryer.

Minutes to world class ski resorts!!! Walking distance to many activities such as hiking trails, bike paths, cross country skiing and snow shoe trails, sleigh rides, boat rentals, restaurant and many historic sites, forest service visitor center and museum. Short drive to equestrian facility, waterfall, famous Emerald Bay, etc.

We cannot accommodate weddings, receptions or other large functions.

We just spent a week at the Jameson Beach House. This is our second year in a row staying here -- it's starting to feel like home. The home is in great shape -- very clean and homey. The pictures don't do it justice. Owners are incredibly helpful (even helped us jump our car when it wouldn't start). Will come back again for sure!

Me and my family spent a weekend (1/28-1/30/11) at this house and If you go to So. Lake Tahoe, you have got to stay at this home. The view of the lake in the morning is just absolutely gorgeous; the spacious home was so comfortable, the feeling was like being at home. Very clean, well maintained and the owner was available at all times if needed. I would most definetly recommend this home for your vacation, planning the next time in the summer. Can't wait to see what it looks like in the summer, I do know during the winter it's beautiful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation this winter....breathtaking views across the lake of snowcapped mountains. Cross county and downhill skiing was incredible. Your home is absolutely gorgeous!
