This 3BR / 2.5BA townhouse is located just a short stroll from the quaint seaside village of Corona del Mar featuring a variety of cafe's, specialty shops, boutiques, and restaurants. One of the unique features of this vacation home is that you have access to a private beach in Corona del Mar that has a gated entrance only available to residents within this residential community.

Beautiful Corona del Beach with its breath-taking views of the Pacific and Catalina Island is also within walking distance.

About the house:

This townhouse was recently completely remodeled with all new hardwood floors throughout the home, custom molding, brand new upgraded stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen, marble counter-tops, a kitchen island, and new cabinetry. A new fresh coat of paint on the interior as well the exterior with some nice finishing touches throughout the house. The bathrooms have also been completely remodeled with new custom tile, showers, shower heads, sinks and faucets.

All place settings, cookware, and kitchen accessories are included for you to prepare your favorite meals in this beautiful kitchen

All of the furnishings in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms has also been recently purchased for this lovely vacation home.

There is an outdoor patio complete with nice patio furniture and an outdoor gas BBQ grill.

A/C is available but not usually needed in this seaside community of Corona del Mar

There is WiFi available throughout the house and front patio

The spacious and nicely appointed master bedroom features a California King-sized bed, fireplace, a full updated bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, closet space, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom was an office / den converted to a bedroom. It also has a queen-sized bed. You need to know that this room does not have a door and is in an open setting. There is also a pull-out leather sofa sleeper that sleeps 2 people comfortably.

Dirty and disappointing!

Too many bad things about this place to list from not being stocked as advertised to filthy floors and location of third bed is a total joke. Beware this is only a two bedroom because the third bed is right be the front door and the open staircase and the window treatments are so shear you are forced to wake up at sunrise and your bed feels like you are almost on the sidewalk it is so close to the street. Lots of noise from coast highway from that bed location too so forget having a restful vacation. Furniture is far from new and nothing goes together. Took management company 11 days into our 6 week stay to stock the house with the many necessities which were missing from towels to hangers to pillows to dressers to put clothes in. Only the master had a two drawer file cabinet owner was passing off as a dresser and she took the master closet for herself and left a tiny hutch with no hangers and room for only 1 person to fit clothes. BBQ was filthy and did not work so management company had to get new one. Key was not left for beach so took 4 days to get that too. I spent my first two weeks trying to find a different place but everything decent was booked already and we were forced to stay and just try to get out of the place as much as possible. Just want to spare someone else from booking this place. Owner was very unfair to market as 3 bed and leave all her personal stuff everywhere and leave it filthy and charge that much. My kids feet are black after walking barefoot on her wood floors. They might be newer but they have never been cleaned.

Owner's Response: We recently took over the management of this vacation home and this tenant who has written this poor review was unfortunately the first tenant to experience this as a vacation home. The owner didn't follow our instructions on how to properly prepare the home prior to this tenant coming in. My team went out of their way to better accommodate this tenant just about everyday for the first two weeks of her stay to get it up to our standards and hers. We feel that we have gone above and beyond to make the necessary adjustments, but this tenant clearly isn't happy and honestly has unrealistic expectations that nobody could possibly meet. I can guarantee that the vacationers that are scheduled to stay at this property once this woman departs will be completely satisfied with this vacation home.
