The two bedroom apartments at Sapphire Beach are almost 1630 sq.ft of beachfront luxury are quite unique featuring a split level design on the ground and first floors of the building. The entrance and the master bedroom are on the ground level of the apartment, with the latter having direct access to the pool deck and gardens. On the upper level is the living room (Queen sized sofa bed), kitchen, second bedroom and balcony, offering excellent views overlooking the pool to the beach and ocean beyond.
The property includes shared amenities such as two large kidney shaped swimming pools (170ft of pools) with boardwalk bridges leading to the beach, an elevator, gated and private driveway and parking facilities and .a state-of-the-art on-site gym with some of the latest fitness equipment and machinery.

We, couple 51-years-old and 21-year-old son, spend two weeks in this lovely condo in June 2013. Bonnie from ask Real Estate, our point of contact, was absolutely helpful from the first contact by email until the latest email after we arrived back home. The reception at the condo was friendly and the condo looked exactly like the photos we had received when we booked it. There was a small supply of groceries in the fridge, so we didn't have to go shopping straight away. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would have in your own home. It is located directly on Dover Beach with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment, the pool, the sun loungers and gardens are absolutely great. Every day a team of gardeners and cleaners make sure that everything is clean and tidy. The apartment itself is thoroughly cleaned twice a week. Nicholas, the owner, made sure that any fault in the apartment, which rarely happened, was immediately fixed. He also helped us to arrange sightseeing tours and had many good ideas to make this holiday a holiday to remember.
Since we traveled with our adult son, it was important that he had space for himself. In this apartment he had his own bedroom with bathroom and a balcony, so we didn't get in each other’s way. Our bedroom and bathroom were downstairs with direct access to the pool and beach, were I had my first tea in the mornings. Upstairs was also the big living room with open plan kitchen and the large balcony, where we spent many evenings watching the moon over the sea.
The apartment is close to St Lawrence Gap but in a quiet side street and there weren't any issues with noise.
From the beginning to the end we had a great time and this was the best holiday, the best island, the best apartment and we met the loveliest people and I can warmly recommend it to anybody.
Lovely town home, great for 2 couples to just relax with no stress for 7 days. Property Manger was excellent and very helpful. Restaurants were fabulous, the Cliff is a must!! Also, Tapa's & Cin Cin, food was wonderful but expensive.
Property is well secured and we felt very safe.
Would definitely recommend.
Sapphire beach really surpassed my expectations. We stayed there as a honeymoon getaway for a few days and the rooms really are nice, pretty and well kept. The location is also a great plus, right on Dover Beach and close to the best nightclubs on the island. Would stay again in a heartbeat next time i´m on the island.
Beautiful condo. Well kept. All the amenities one could need. The location is probably the best! Short walk to the beach and St Lawrence gap, however far enough you don't hear the noise. Condo owner was the most excellent host. Beach is amazing, clean and not crowded. Only downside was that we wish we would have booked a longer vacation
Only flew home yesterday and already looking to re book. The accommodation was everything that we could have hoped for, and the management were very impressive from the moment we arrived until we left, with nothing too much trouble.
The fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard and it really was a home from home. Security at the complex was second to none.
Location was perfect overlooking a fabulous beach and adjacent to a pool area with ample sun beds at all times.
The nightlife of bars and restaurants is only minutes away yet does not disturb you if you want an early night.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sapphire Beach for a great holiday.
The condo was amazing,,, great layout, and impeccably maintained. The location was perfect- your backyard is a pool and the Ocean! Nicholas our host was very helpful giving us tips and recos that were all on point. Would go back in a heartbeat!
The property is first class and so is the owner. Nicolas is what makes the stay first class. He is a true profession and incredible caring. The location is fabulous for a family. Upstairs master bedroom and another bedroom for the kids downstairs. The place is clean and modern. The location is ideal, right on the beach, near a great strip of restaurants. We experienced sea turtles digging, laying and covering their eggs at night. And, in the day we fed them by hand while snorkeling. I highly recommend exploring the entire island. For such a small place there are tons of thing to do. Would do it again in a heartbeat and thanks Nicolas for making it a great and memorable family vacation.
