The VE SJTownBack is an amazing two-bedroom home that is only one block from Abbot Kinney, full of trendy shops and art galleries, and just short five minute bike ride to the beach. This is the back unit in a compound of three recently constructed townhouses sharing the same lot.

The San Juan Townhouses are a perfect example of the architectural transformation of Venice: from a quaint neighborhood of low-rise bungalows to an eclectic mix of modern, old-fashioned and eccentric.

This modern, bright and spacious, two-bedroom, two bath townhouse has all the conveniences and amenities that you should expect in a 21st Century vacation home: Fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances; hardwood floors throughout; open plan living room; wireless internet and cable TV, and lots of storage. As all of our homes, comes stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, everyday cookware, iron and iron board; hair-dryers, etc.

Enter on the first floor to a large open floor plan with dining area, open kitchen and a spacious living room with high ceilings and large windows that let the Southern California light in.

The downstairs bedroom which has a queen-size bed. The adjacent bathroom has a single, pedestal sink, tub/shower combination, with marble floors and shower walls.

The master bedroom is upstairs. California king-size bed, large walk in closet and 37" flat screen tv. This bedroom also has a private bath, with granite countertops and stone floors with a glass shower next to a large jacuzzi soaking tub.

This fabulous unit has central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans in every bedroom many closets throughout, secure gated entry and one parking space in the garage. Parking access is through the back alley.

Just steps from Abbot Kinney and minutes from the beach, this is the perfect way to enjoy your Venice stay!

Thae property was exactly as described. It was lovely, bright and very well located. My family and I were very comfortable and it was great that the property had a garage and laundry facilities. We enjoyed nearby Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier as well as the coffee and food on Abbot Kinney! We would definitely recommend the property to other and we would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great time in Venice, CA. The property is beautifully appointed, was in excellent condition, and very comfortable for our family. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Also, it's a great location. We were able to walk to everywhere in Venice and even walked to Santa Monica one day. Thanks so much!

We spent ten days at this lovely apartment. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet centrally located. We would love to come back next time we are in Venice.
