Great Location!! 1.8 miles to South Beach and 1.5 miles to Edgartown. Close to bike path, Edgartown Great Pond and Morning Glory Farm.

Enjoy a relaxing week in our home located in the popular Katama section of Edgartown. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable “Great Room” with new flat screen TV, cathedral ceilings and sliders to the large wrap-around deck. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, is upstairs and the two twin bedrooms are downstairs. The large outdoor enclosed shower is perfect after a day at the beach, beach chairs and umbrella are provided. It’s an easy bike ride or short drive to South Beach, Edgartown Great Pond and the bike path. The center of town is close by and has many great shops and restaurants. Come enjoy all the Vineyard has to offer.

Ferry Tickets Available for All Summer Weeks.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location as house is situated close to South Beach and Edgartown. Three bedroom house with plenty of space including large wrap-around outside porch. Modern kitchen and large commom sitting area provides open-air feeling to entire downstairs. Outdoor shower is an added benefit.
Very clean and well maintained with TV,cable and wireless internet all provided.
Reasonably priced compared to other properties in the area.
Easy bike ride to beach ,into town and out to local farm store.
