Santa Rita Hills estate and vineyard for relaxing and renewal.

I would definitely recommend this VRBO property! I couldn't imagine anyone feeling less than absolutely delighted with the experience. The listing description and photography do not begin to tell the story. The solitude and privacy of the property, yet proximity to the coastline, the ocean, Solvang and its nearby Wine Trail, the city of Lompoc's Wine Ghetto, and all modes of shopping, made for a serene stay and easy access to amenities, which included a vast array of restaurants in any direction, groceries (if choosing to dine in), golf, and sightseeing. (Oh, yes, and if it is your cup of tea, there is an Indian casino within a short driving distance!) The house is well-equipped to more than meet one's needs AND has a comfortable, private layout for guests. (My family took advantage of the games available for our playing pleasure in the evening...fun!) The surrounding landscaping was beautiful. The patios were protected from the wind and the views were typical of the California coastal rolling hills...wonderful for morning to midnight viewing...with a night sky to die for! The communication between the owner and me was ideal. The personal tour upon our arrival was most appreciated and the keen notice to detail and the purpose for our booking did not go without notice. Our first grandchild also enjoyed a comfortable stay in a provided portable crib and benefitted from a special surprise upon our arrival. There are definite plans for future visits on the horizon. I would definitely recommend this VRBO property. Thanks for sharing the house, its belongings, and the scenic setting with us! Our family loved it! We shall return!
