Enjoy Florida living at it's finest.This vacation villa boasts 2 master en-suites bedrooms and 2 further great sized twin bedrooms conveniently divided with Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances- refrigerator, dish washer, range, microwave The family room offers comfortable leather furniture and 42' Flat screen TV glass sliding doors lead outside to the lanai (offering a shaded area if needed from the Florida sun) and the pool and sun deck at the rear of the villa.

recommended place to stay in Florida

My wife and I and our two dogs enjoyed a two-month stay in this house. The house is very well laid out - can handle 8 people easily, separate masters a good approach if two families are travelling together. The main area is open concept - very liveable. Great kitchen and eating area. Clean property, rental manager a few houses away. Quiet neighbourhood, streets are safe and great for walking. Pool is very nice - heater works great as I love warm water. Golf is a 4 minute drive to Remington, another 4 minutes to Kissimmee Bay. Disney and Universal are very handy (20 minutes if you use the Florida Turnpike). Recommended for anyone. Long term stay travellers with pets should be very interested.

Just a quick note to say thank you for letting us stay at your villa over the holidays. What a nice surprise to walk in and see the small Christmas tree when we had planned to bring our own, but had to leave it behind. We really enjoyed spending time at your home, everything was as described and as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The heated pool was great, especially when some of the nights were cooler. The neighbourhood was really quiet and safe and allowed us to relax without having to worry about anything. We've stayed at a few different places before and had good experiences, but this is the first time we all agreed that we want to rent yours again.

I just wanted to say that i really enjoyed staying at one of u'r vacation properties, ii was a real pleasure coming into the house after a full day of parks and competitions., the pool was quite enjoyable, the house was a treat for us, this is the 1st time we ever did vacation homes , it certainly beats hotels and families homes.
We left everything clean and organised, i hope the cleaning lady did not have much to do,
have a great day and I am looking forward to vacationing with u guys again..have a fantastic day

Perfect stay

We found this house to be perfect for our recent trip visiting family in St. Cloud. The location is great and we could quickly get anywhere in the area. The home is well maintained and we had everything we needed while we were there. Lots of space for the four of us and the internet access was appreciated. I love the community and had beautiful walks in the morning with our dog. This was so much better than a hotel and lots of space for our family. The owner is wonderful to deal with as well. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying again.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

We had a great stay at a well appointed and maintained property. The house and property were clean and beautiful. The property was centrally located and we had a short drive to Outlet shopping and Disney. We also viisted the Gulf and Atlantic coasts which were only just over an hour away to the west and east. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and the area was very safe and secure. The owner was very easy to deal with and was there for us when we had questions. The management team is just two doors away, we never spoke or met with them as we had no issues and therefore no need. I would highly recommend this home!
