Upscale urban penthouse condominium in Downtown, Louisville. The location is great! You can walk to fine restaurants, and great entertainment. Just 1 block from 4th Street Live, and 2.5 miles from Churchill Downs.

Fully furnished 1,200 sq. ft. plus a garden roof top patio. Large bedroom with master bath & whirlpool tub. 2.5 baths. Full size bed and sleeper sofa in loft area. There is also a bar area for entertaining. Elegant, contemporary de'cor, granite counter tops. 3 flat screen tvs.Hardwood floors. Upscale furnishings.

This is a great place for a weekend getaway or an extended stay.

Chic and well-appointed penthouse in ideal downtown location

This property rocks! I hope to use it again. The owner is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. It seems that everything you could need is in the apartment including robes, extra linens, blow dryer and all kitchen items.

Lovely Condo Downtown Louisville

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful condo in Downtown Louisville. It was 1 block from 4th Street Live and about 5 blocks from the KFC Yum Center. It is in the Henry Clay Building which is a beautiful, historic building that has been very nicely restored. Holly, the owner, was very gracious in making sure we had everthing we needed. It is actually a 2 story condo with a master suite on the 1st level and a loft with a balcony on the second level. Even thoughh it was a loft, it still felt very private.

excellent location and space for small group

A group of six friends were in Louisville for another friends' wedding. When we looked for hotels that could provide us space to interact, cook, etc., we were out of luck. Thankfully, we discovered this condo. We had an incredible stay, as the accommodations (four beds are available, one in an enclosed bedroom and three in open spaces) fit our needs so well. Everything was clean and high-quality. A huge dining room table provided space for games and meals. We were able to cook there with great ease, as all of the cookware and dishes were provided. Excellent location, too. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and we had easy access to main roads and the highway. A great experience!

What an amazing find! We are Louisville natives and came back home for Thanksgiving. Instead of staying with family, we wanted our own space and found this Condo and were not dissapointed. The Condo was just as described - clean, nicely decorated, awesome rooftop patio, underground parking, and all the amenities we needed. The upstairs portion was like it's own mini-apartment and my 2 daughters enjoyed having their own space. The owners were extremely easy to work with. The location was awesome with everything in walking distance - dining, bars, shopping, etc. We enjoyed 4th Street Live and Churchill Downs which is a very short drive away. We get back to Louisville a couple of times a year and just found our home away from home. Would highly recommend if you're coming to Louisville.
