One bedroom with king bed at the back of the house. Second bedroom at the front with queen bed. Sofa bed in the living room. The full bath is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Linens and towels provided.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, sink, garbage disposal and coffee maker. Plates, glasses and flatware provided.

We enjoy the close proximity to Dickson Street, Downtown, U of A Campus and Wilson Park. We usually arrive at the house and never move our car the entire weekend because we can walk everywhere. The Fayetteville Bike Trail is just up the street if you enjoy biking. We are only a short drive from the new Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
