Ski/Ride all day and come home to a relaxing 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in the heart of Old Town Park City! This beautifully appointed home assures a luxurious experience! With newly furnished rooms, a full kitchen, granite counters throughout, stone flooring, private court yard and hot tub, surround sound, WIFI, and high definition televisions in each room. This home is sure to to make your trip a memorable one!

Walking distance to the ski runs at the famous Park City Mountain Resort make for a easy ski access. After a long day enjoy the hot tub in your own private fenced in patio. This home backs up to the City Park, which makes it ideal for Summer and Winter rentals. The Park City FREE shuttle stop is just outside the home and can take you to any location in town. However, there is a full private garage for rental cars.

The comfortable bedrooms boast two separate master suites with king beds and private bathrooms. There are two additional rooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Cots are available for extra guests!

About Temple Smith

Sarah Berry moved to Park City more than 9 years ago and found a true home in this great mountain resort area. After assisting several friends rent their Park City homes and vacation properties, her helpful hobby eventually blossomed into Silver Peak Properties, a full scale rental and property management company. Married to long time local Mick Berry, Sarah has fully immersed herself in everything Park City through community networking groups and charitable foundations. If you are looking for fun or how to get things done in Park City, look no further than Sarah and Silver Peak Properties.

Silver Peak Properties' rental coordinator, Temple Smith, is well versed in all that is Park City. Living in Park City since 1976, it is hard to find something she doesn't know about the area. Her father started the first wholesale ski reservation company in the West, and her mother is a local teaching legend. A long time REALTOR with Prudential Utah Real Estate, helping Sarah at Silver Peak Properties was a seamless union between their scope of local expertise and breadth of property knowledge.
