OCCUPANCY- LIMIT 7 - 2-bedroom 1 bathroom cottage on Bachelder Brook with direct access to Sebago Lake. The cottage was completely remodeled in 2023. Enjoy the comforts of staying in a cottage with beautiful finishes and being on the waterfront. One bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle. The living room also has a twin pull out. The lot is a good size with room for kids to play. The deck and picnic tables are great places to sit and enjoy the views. Launch the 2 kayaks and a paddle boat that are provided from the private dock. Certain power boats can use the dock depending on the depth of the water. Water depth typically isn't an issue until the fall.
