Our stay on the Big Island was a spectacular vacation experience! Our home away from home on Hikimoe Street exceeded expectations and proved to be the perfect choice! Quite comfortable and nicely furnished, clean and with a brand new kitchen, this Hawaiian home was also conveniently located for everything my friends and I wanted to see and do. The added bonus of unbelievable ocean views, cool breezes at night, and fresh fruit picked from trees right on the property were some of the things that made it so special. I cannot say enough nice things about our host, Peter, who was most responsive to all of our questions and gave us a lot of helpful info about where to go and what to see - even the best places to eat... He made sure we were comfortable in every way and that we had good directions for driving around and he was generous with the avocados and papayas!
I think we will be staying here again next year, making it a yearly tradition. It is definitely a place we'd like to return to!

This property is an excellent deal! The home is lovely, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The open floor plan leads out onto a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the ocean below. We sat on the terrace in the evenings to enjoy the sunset, and each morning we ate breakfast on the terrace while watching the numerous bird species in the yard. The house is just a short drive from downtown Kona, but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The best thing about the property -- the fruit trees! There are so many fruits you will think you're at a farmer's market! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Big Island; the price, location and quality can't be beat!
Property is amazing with great views of the shoreline from the Lanai. Even more amazing is eating the fresh fruit for breakfast while taking in the view.
The house is close enough to Kona for shopping or dining, but far enough away to avoid the noise from the scene.
Peter was a great friendly host, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
I'll be back next year!
