Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Payment options - most major credit cards, PayPal, personal check, certified check.
  
  Cancellation policy: A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty provided OWNER is able to re-book exact days and applicable credit card and/or bank fees are not incurred. Cancellations/changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30-90 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the occupancy fee unless OWNER is able to re-book exact days. No refunds within 30 days unless OWNER is able to re-book exact days. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. After the cancellation deadline, there will be no refunds. There is no refund for early departure.
  
  • All taxes are included.
  • OCCUPANT is responsible for all applicable credit card and/or bank transfer fees.
  • Subject to additional $100 surcharge for holiday weeks (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).
• $500 security/damage deposit required for weekly rentals.
  
  Longer rentals require security/damage deposit commensurate with term.
  
  Security/damage deposit policy: Receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by OWNER, as security for any damage caused to the PREMISES during the term hereof. This security/damage deposit may also be used to cover excessive cleaning and/or excessive utility use. Such deposit shall be returned to OCCUPANT, without interest, and less any set off for damages to the PREMISES, or loss of property within one month of departure. OWNER reserves the right to keep said deposit if OCCUPANT cancels less than one month prior to confirmed arrival date. OWNER reserves right to withhold applicable credit card and/or bank transfer fees from said deposit.
