House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This is a typical 'cove' home built in 1987. It has 2 full baths both remodeled in 2012, the master has a jacuzzi tub. The floors are all new, red tile except for the bedrooms with their new white frise carpets. New kitchen, lots of cabinets. almost all the furniture is new! new landscaping 2012 There is an outdoor shower and a barbecue!

The Master Bedroom has a new queen size bed and the master bath has a door to the swimming pool. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, the third bedroom has a full size bed

The pool feels very private and at night you can relax out there and watch the stars and moon rise and set on the Santa Rosa mountains.

The La Quinta Cove is popular because it is adjacent to hiking and the 'Old Town' arts and music activities. Golf , tennis, Joshua Tree National Park, and the 'weird and wonderful ' Salton Sea are all activities to keep you entertained while you are there.

The home is very well kept and has all the home essentials you need to be comfortable. This is not your typical rental with hand-me-down furniture. It's furnished nicely making your experience well worth it. The rental process was simple and the renter was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our Spring Break getaway at this home. Everything was comfortable and clean. It was so relaxing to sit out by the pool and look at those beautiful La Qunita Hills right from the back patio. We also enjoyed being so close to the trails. Best part of all...we got to bring our family dog. We thank Barbara for her accommodations!!!
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children

Beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow home. Very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice backyard with pool. Very private. Attached garage and close to all amenities. Definitely a thumbs up and highly recommend. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: I had fun with Barb and Doug even though I had to stay home!! The shower head cracked and spewed water everywhere, they went to Cosco and bought a new one, installed it and voila, a good time was had by all, Thanks guys! Barbara
