Enjoy the space and privacy of a Singe Home with a large yard on your summer vacation! This spacious single family home has a beachy atmosphere with a large family room, kitchen, dining room with seating for 8 and several open porches. 2 bedrooms, a full bath and windows galore add to the downstairs while the upstairs has another full bedroom, half bath and a large loft area.The huge fenced yard is perfect for kids to run around while adults enjoy barbequeing or enjoying a summer cocktail.

The location is steps from the grocery store, playground, skate park, and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy the Friday Night Fireworks right from the front porch!

We only will rent to families and adults 25yrs or older.

Fun time and Fun house!

Our family really enjoyed the home. It was very cozy; it had a real beach house feel to it. We (especially the kids and dog) loved the huge yard.

The location was also good - with a short ride to the boardwalk, beaches and restaurants it was very convenient. I was comfortable sacrificing the short ride (versus walking) to most places for the convenience of the yard.

Even though there was an earthquake and hurricane evacuation we would like to rent here again... and maybe for 2 weeks instead of 1.
The upstairs rooms/loft could get warm during the day but they cooled off well at night… since we weren’t spending any time upstairs during the day it worked out fine for our family.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We love the house!! Our Kids love the loft area and the big yard, specially the green grass for water ballon fights...:-).

It was a great Vacation and great house.

Great Yard!

We have been renting here for the past three years and the huge yard is why we keep coming back. Plenty of room for bbqs, games, and space for the kids to run around.

(Bill's Deli on the corner has great breakfast sandwiches)

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review! Having a double lot with open space is unique in Wildwood! We enjoy offering a home with 3 porch areas and a lot of space for games, barbeques, and my favorite crab legs and seafood while sitting out back enjoying the sun!
