The Lodge At Beech Hill
Located in the quiet Beech Hill neighborhood of Lake Placid, just a block from the shores of Mirror Lake, sits the lovely, private lodge at 63 Beech Hill Circle.
Completed in 2011, with new features and amenities being added every season, this is one of the nicest homes in Lake Placid.
With expansive views of Cobble Mountain from the main living area and stone patio, to the private back deck with perennial gardens and outdoor hot tub, you will not find a nicer rental unless you rent our other home, Stellarview, located on the other side of Mirror Lake.
As you enter the main level from either the grand front entrance or the back entrance mud room, you will find an expansive dining and family room with plenty of windows and light, two seating areas and a gourmet kitchen with island seating and top of the line appliances and cookware.
Also on this level is a queen bedroom with private bath, perfect for those that may not wish to climb stairs, a powder room and laundry room with new front loading washer and dryer.
Outside, there are covered porches on both the front and back of the house along with stone patios featuring outdoor dining and fire pit, or in the back, a 6 person hot tub with built in speakers and light system.
Back to the living area…there is a home theater system with Pandora, Netflix and Xbox Kinect, plenty of games and free WIFI.
Upstairs, on the open loft that overlooks the lower level, is a game table and views of the lower level and mountains.

bunk room that sleeps four with private bath
queen bed with window seat and also a private bath
master suite with a king size brass bed, private bath with large natural stone tiled shower and a bonus room with two twin beds, the perfect family suite.
The lower level which is accessed from a lovely open staircase in the dining area has a full size pool table, spacious sectional sofa with TV and extra sleeping space with a twin bunk bed over a futon.
Added benefits are plenty of parking, summer or winter, and a two car garage which will have at least one space available.
