The Willinghams moved to Ashe County in 1977 after getting married and have never left the beautiful mountains. They lived in a wonderful farm house for 30 years and never thought they would leave it but in 2006 they found their current property and it was love at first sight. They bought the property in the rough, but the transition has been amazing!
The farm has it all. Rolling hills, hardwood forests, a pond ,creeks, a 100 year old 2 story barn and above all it is secluded and has a magic all its' own. The primary mountain view of ,The Peak mountain is a part of a state park that will never be developed.
