You will have moments of relaxation and you will experience that sensation of feeling at home organizing family dinners and you will enjoy the comfort of the rooms perfectly decorated for you.

The Space:
Everything you are looking for in an accommodation, you will undoubtedly get it here!

When you open the front door you find the wonderful open living room that brings together the kitchen, dining room and living room. The furniture and decoration make this space a place from which you won’t want to leave.

Also, you will find here a sofa bed that any of the guests can use to rest or, why not, watch series and movies on TV.

The tour of our house continues towards the backyard, a space that you will love because you will find lounge chairs, outdoor table and the grill to prepare delicious barbecues.

Going up the stairs are the two bedrooms, the main one with a private bathroom, king size bed and TV and the other with two twin beds that will remind you that you are at Disney. If necessary, you will also have a pram and a cradle for your baby.

Outside the house but inside the resort, you can enjoy outstanding services. If you like the outdoors, take advantage of the beautiful tile walking trails to admire the lake view, get some fresh air, take a relaxing walk or a brisk hike in the warm Orlando weather.

You can also access the community pools, the children's games, the club house with a ping pong table and an unmissable bar & grill.

You do not need anything else! In our house everything is taught so that you don’t stop enjoying a single second.

Guest Access:
The entrance to the property is done with an access code that we will give you before your arrival.

You can make use of all the amenities and products that are inside the house at no extra cost, as well as enjoy the shared facilities of the community.

You can leave your vehicle in front of the property at no cost. You will have 2 exclusive places for you.

Each resort service has its own hours, we leave them for you to take into account during your stay.

Cabana Bar & Grill: Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5pm
Clubhouse: from 9am to 7pm
Fitness Center: from 6am to 11pm
Pool: 8am to dusk
Pool Bar: Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5pm

Take care of everyone in the use of the grill, we do not charge extra cost for its use because we consider it an added value, that is why we ask that you leave it clean and in condition for other guests to use. Unfortunately, if not, cleaning has an extra cost of $25.

The Neighborhood:
For staying in our house, this exclusive neighborhood offers you all its services. Among them, two community pools for adults and two for children, where you can relax on the lounge chairs around them or jump into the water to take a refreshing dip.

You will also love The Cabana Pool Bar & Grill where they offer a variety of beers, wines, cocktails, healthy smoothies and the richest menu that includes, among others, pizzas and salads.

Children will find a lot of fun in the playground or simply running around the lake that has a beautiful pier from which to admire the sunsets.

If one of your priorities is to stay in shape during your vacation, you can access the gym equipped for good cardio and weight training.

Other Things to Note:
This property has some house rules, not complying with them may imply fines that will be added to your account. We will tell you little so that you take them into account:

- It establishes a quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am, so no disturbing noise or parties are allowed.

- Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is admitted.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited in the house.
Smoke fine of $250 will be charged.
- Our property does not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization, there is a fine of $200 plus any fines requested by the Resort.
- It is not allowed to park in the green spaces or in any other space that is not intended for such use.

- You can’t leave trash on the porch, courtyard or sidewalk, the community applies fines.

- The bed linen and towels must be in the same conditions with which you received them. Any damage to these will be added to your account.

- The association doesn’t provide garbage collection service, you will have to deliver your regular garbage to the compactors located at the corner of Secret Lake Drive and Yellow Lantana Lane or at the other location on White Orchid Road.

-Forgotten items: When requesting the return of a forgotten item, its return has an administrative cost of $150 dollars, plus the corresponding shipping cost. This total amount must be paid in advance to proceed with the return of the object.
