Enjoy the ocean and mountain view while relaxing on the lanai. Our condo is located on the top floor with cathedral ceiling and loft area. Close to elevator, grills, tennis courts and parking. The loft can sleep up to four people on 2 double beds and has Cable TV and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed , Flat screen TV and ceiling fan and is located next to the bathroom. Super quiet Fujitsu AC units with remote control in living room, bedroom and loft. (NO Window AC Units!) The spacious living room has a High Definition Flat screen TV with Netflix, ceiling fans and stereo system (CD) with lanai speakers. Perfect for spending your evenings with a tropical drink, listening to Hawaiian music while the trade winds wisk your troubles away! The kitchen is fully stocked including a blender, rice cooker, toaster, coffeemaker, icemaker and dishwasher. Free long distance telephone service to the mainland and Canada, Wireless or hookup Internet is available. We use Quality 400 thread count linens and hotel quality towels. Ironing board , iron and wall mounted and hand held hairdryers are available.
The condo complex has a Swimming pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts and Gas Grills. Private Parking Lot under tennis courts. Kamaole 1 beach is located across the street where you can sit on the beach and watch the sunset right before your eye's. There are many restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

We grew up in Indiana and also have lived in Colorado and now reside in the great state of Texas. We have been coming to Maui for many years because it is the most beautiful and relaxing place on earth!

We have stayed on other parts of the island but were drawn to Kihei Alii Kai because of it's close proximity to dining and shopping and we think Kamaole beach is the best beach on the island.
Our condo has individual zone controlled AC units in living room, master bedroom and loft. (Rare in this complex) We have High Definition flat screen TV with Netflix in living room. Beautiful live plants on lanai. Across the street from beautiful Kamaole beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
This condo is very comfortable and well equipped. Although it was very comfortable for my husband and I, I don't think it is suited for children under 7 but it has a loft so it would be suitable for any family with children over the age of 7 and they would enjoy this unit. The location is great as it is walking distance to great restaurants like Café O Lei, Da Kitchen and Maui Thai Bistro and shopping at Dolphin Mall and Rainbow Mall. Kamaole Beaches are great with good snorkeling and many turtles swimming by. We would stay here again.
I stayed at this nice Kihei condo for a week in March 2015. I have stayed at this complex many times and this was by far one of the best condos. You drive to the parking lot, walk to an elevator, and then walk to the door. Good for those who have issues with stairs. Easy to get in and out of as this complex can be confusing depending on the location of a particular unit. The condo itself has comfy furniture and a well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances. There is actually a decent view to West Maui and the lanai is very pleasant with comfortable outdoor furniture. There are two double beds in the loft area, besides the master bedroom downstairs one--all very comfortable.
The location of the complex is excellent. It is just behind Dolphin Plaza on S. Kihei Road. Dolphin Plaza has a very nice breakfast spot (Café a la Plage), an ice cream parlor, a liquor store, nail salon, and souvenir shop. It is also just a quick walk to the ABC Store very close in case you forget a necessity. Kamaole I and II beaches are just across the street, and several restaurants are close by. My particular favorite is Café O' Lei.

The condo is in a excellant location and well stocked with everything you need (chairs, coolers, boards etc for the beach) There are many restaurants within walking distance so no need to drive to much. Hope to be back next year, Barbara and Harold are excellant to deal with, and remember its Maui how bad could it really be........
Back from a wonderful week on Maui. This property is exceptionally well equipped, is located just across the street from my favorite beach and has views that just dont quit. The pictures cant do it justice. It was extremely homey, spacious and comfortable.
The owners are easy to deal with and very responsive. I will be sure to rebook here!
The condo was in an excellent location since it was close to numerous wanderful beaches where we could make use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. that were supplied by the condo owner.There were many shops within easy walking distance. We did the helicopter tour this year, but have also done the dinner cruise and a luau last year. A vehicle is nice to have for exploring but there is so much to do close at hand that it is not really necessary. The unit was well maintained and especially like the quiet air conditioning units. We expected to find a list of responsibilities for required clean-up etc. before departure, so maybe one could be posted for future renters. All in all, it was a wonderful place.
This property is very nice and looks like it has been taken care of and has lots of nice updates. It is in a great central location with lots of beaches and restaurants in the area. Everything was as advertised, if not better and the owners are good to work with and even called during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would stay here again for sure !!!!
