Welcome to our luxury beachfront condo! This two bedroom/two bathroom unit is located on a high floor in the wonderful Seychelles building, giving it an amazing view of the BEST beach in the world! Seychelles Resort opened in 2006 and is located on the prime east end of Panama City Beach, next door to Schooner's Last Local Beach Club, and close to the beautiful St. Andrews State Park. This building features two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, and secure covered parking in order to make your trip to the beach comfortable and convenient.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed. Our living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa as well as a 42 inch flat screen TV. Guests will enjoy the ready to use kitchen as well as the full size laundry room. Luxury linens, towels, and soaps are provided throughout the condo. We have also taken care of your baby needs, offering a pack n play bed, high chair, and baby monitor. For your convenience we also provide free wireless internet access and free long distance phone service!
This particular condo is one of the few units in the building with the premium floor plan which offers access to a 25 foot wide private balcony and spectacular ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. The premium floor plan also offers a second bedroom as opposed to bunks built into the hallway wall.
We have totally redesigned and redecorated our condo in 2011 and know that our guests will be able to relax in casual, but elegant accommodations. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about renting our wonderful condo. We hope to have you as our guest soon.
