Chalet, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, and decks(Sleeps 8-10)

The Chalet is 2.5 miles from the ski resort, grocery market, restaurants and shopping, etc. It is surrounded by trees overlooking a greenbelt and the mountains of the Moreno Valley. Deer and Elk often wonder in the front of the deck, beautiful sunsets inspire the name 'Angel Fire'. Snow covered in the winter, cool in the summer, golden Aspen trees in the fall, and many species of birds are found in the spring. Sit on the deck, barbeque, hike trails in the greenbelt below. Near Taos, Red River, Cimmaron, and Eagle Nest Lake. Enjoy and relax. We love it here.

Retiring from the Dallas area, this home offers the beautiful scenery of the Angel Fire skies, mountains, forests, elk and deer, as well as a myriad of other animals and birds all four seasons of the year.

What makes this chalet unique

The area around the Chalet offers quiet and secluded views of nature, with access to the many activities offered by Angel Fire Resort. The Newly built Country Club is Beautiful, and you have access to it while you are here. Formal dining, Golf, Bar, outdoor decks, great for parties, regular events.

The Chalet is located about 50 yards from the South end of Monte Verde Lake for easy access to water activities and fishing.

Wonderful Christmas holiday!

Eight adults had a wonderful Christmas holiday at Dr. H's cabin. We slept two in a king (a couple), two in a queen (girls), one in a queen, one on a futon, one on the couch, and, for one night, another crunched on the love seat (guys, of course). Although we had a difficult time with the dry air at night, which is normal for heated mountain cabins, most slept well. The cabin was beautiful and well stocked with the kitchen items we needed to cook our meals. The house, especially the bathrooms, was clean and comfortable. The drive to the cabin is not too steep nor slippery. The view is lovely. Dr. H dealt kindly with me as I had a difficult time planning the trip. I recommend this rental.

Great house close to slopes!

We had a fabulous time at this ski chalet. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we needed. The deck is gorgeous and the windows give a fantastic view. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer too!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
