This family owned condo is located in the sunny community of Palm Desert, nestled between Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells. Enjoy this beautiful residence that sleeps 6-8 people, within the gated and secure private community of Monterey Country Club. This location is excellent, close to the Street Fair at College of the Desert, the McCallum Theater, and world famous shopping on El Paseo. Many fine restaurants offer some of the best dining in Southern California.

This wonderfully situated condo is on a Ted Robinson designed 27 hole championship golf course. Located across the street from newly renovated Clubhouse and all the fitness amenities including 19 tennis courts, fitness center, Clubhouse/restaurant and sparking swimming pools. Property includes two car attached garage, newly remodeled 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that create a 'spa like' experience. Enjoy entertaining and dining on a 500+ sq foot patio with built in barbeque/bar seating located upgainst the 7th fairway! Of after a long day on the golf course, enjoy a soak in a jetted tub located within your private master bedroom retreat.

Our family has long enjoyed the desert and found the location of Monterey Country Club to be ideal, proximity to great restaurants, shopping and all the amenities within walking distance including golf, tennis, bike riding, and swimming.

What makes this condo unique

Our family enjoys the quiet and peacefulness of having coffee on the patio in the early morning, kids enjoy riding bikes throughout the development, swimming and frequenting the Street Fair at the College of the Desert for a 'frozen lemondade'.

Monterey Country Club is a private golf course community, as owners we have a social membership that entitles visitors to dining at the clubhouse, limited golf/tennis through owner guest passes and swimming at any one of the 33 pools. There are numerous beautifully manicured courses available nearby if interested, owner can provide detailed information.

This condo is a actually nicer than the pictures. As well it's extremely clean. We had a fantastic month here. Everything went smoothly with respect to logistics. Absolutely positive experience.

It was an open, comfortable, brightly lit attached condo on a quiet, pretty golf course. The housing complex was directly opposite the Golf Club House with a pool two doors away. The back patios are adjacent to one another, but at the time we were there, that was not an issue. The home was well appointed, there were no issues of note. We would recommend it or use it again ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay at the Monterey CC. Centrally located to everything. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the golfers go by. Condo was well equipped.

Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home in Monterey Country Club. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The interior setting was wonderful; contemporary decor with leather sectional, big screen tv's, and a very comfortable king size bed. We loved the open floor plan and the stone flooring was a breeze to keep clean.
We were spoiled by the warm weather and having the pool so close by. We enjoyed using the new barbeque which made grilling very easy. We appreciated the little extras that you did for us; the welcoming basket was such a nice surprise and your book of palm desert activities was well used. We so enjoyed our stay here and look forward to a returning again for a visit.
