The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This is a very comfortable 4 bedroom home, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with an additional family bathroom.

The living area is very comfortabl with 2 sitting rooms, one is more formal while the other is a family room which faces around the TV. There is a nice dining room and the kitchen is full and complete with a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave.There is also a seperate laundry room and the house is air conditioned for your comfort.

Outside you have a very nice pool with deck which afford lovely views on to the golf course, making this space a lot more private.The deck is fully furnished and makes for a nice spot to maybe enjoy an evening meal whilst the kids enjoy the pool. This home is very comfortable and will be a great base for you to enjoy your "magical" vacation.
