Seeking renter for entire season with a seven month lease at only $1,925 per month. No taxes would be added to that rate on a seven month lease so the total amount ($13,475) would be less than four months in peak season. You do not have to be there the entire time. You can come and go as you please. It will be there for you.

Feel at home in our spacious, one floor, three bedroom plus den pool home spread over 2000 square feet of living space. Enter the lanai and pool cage area through six sliding glass doors from great room and master bedroom. Beautiful Turkish travertine tiles done in a French cut. Kitchen and baths include top quality cabinets with automatic shuts and granite countertops with dual sinks in the master. The two side bedrooms share a bath on the opposite side of the house from the master. There are extra large windows (bay in the master) with great water views from the master, great room, breakfast area, and second bedroom. Watch the 60'' TV from spacious recliner leather couch.

The two-car garage has extended space for your toys. The office has a large desk and shelving area for your computer.

Our home is located in the newest Estates section of Moody River. The community is connected by bridges across the Caloosahatchee River (essentially a bay extending to the Gulf) from the beautiful and revitalized downtown Fort Myers. Red Sox and Twins baseball facilities as well as white sandy beaches are all within a 30 minute drive from Moody.

Moody River offered all the amenities we needed in a lushly landscaped, old Florida style we enjoy. Walking paths allow for nice outdoor exercise. We love the easy pace and friendliness in the North Fort Myers location, with all the restaurants and stores in easy reach.
