5 bedrooms - 5 well equipped bathrooms - Up to 10 people

Our very luxurious Provencal villa, redesigned, equipped and furnished during 2008 without any compromises, offers you the best position in Vence with a breathtaking panorama view over the city, the coast and the Mediterranean. Here you find secluded terraces with sun from sunrise to sunset in a quiet and calm residential area, only 10 minutes walking distance to Vence city. The villa hides above a grove of olive trees and is completely undisturbed. It offers around 320 square meters under roof in various levels. Up to 10 persons can stay comfortable in the villa, having 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and own bathrooms. The heated salt-water pool is equipped with a swim-trainer and the covered terrace with a barbeque. The kitchen is build in modern Italian design and equipped semi-professional. The bar is equipped with a wine-fridge and the living room with an open fireplace. The villa has its own Petanque court and guests can use our own tennis court 10 minutes away.

Other services: As we (owners) are living in, and running an exclusive guesthouse 10 minutes away, we offer an extended service programme for our guests in the Villa. This might include extended maid service, cooking at gourmet level, VIP-service with airport pick-up and ready to drive car at the Villa, pre-ordering of wine, food, firewood, charcoal, gaz for the ourdoor heaters etc. Pets are welcome, however subject to our approaval prior to booking confirmation.

Booking notes: If you like to book a week or you have any questions, please send us an e-mail request or call. We will forward a simple contract and ask you for a prepayment of 30% to provide your booking guarantee.

Further we will ask you to pay, or gurarantee payment, of the full rental-amount prior to arrival. In addition to this we will ask you for a deposit of 1500 Euros covering eventual damages.

About the owner: We, Joan and Lars, are from Denmark. In 1996 we sold our company within the IT Industry and we left this business in 2001 with a clear target, to create something unique within the 'vacation industry' - far away from meeting rooms and business travelling. The idea was to create a very personal and luxurious place, smelling of good food and wines, in a nice climate and wonderful surroundings. We moved to St. Paul de Vence, where we turned an exquisite Provencal villa into an Exclusive Resort. Today we have expanded with this very luxurious Villa above Vence, placed in the very best position you can imagine.

And here you find Italian design and Scandinavian comfort on a very high level. A few examples, - our bed linen has been through our own laundry, dried in the sun and mangled carefully, - we clean the villa two times per week - we offer various other services like cooking service, airport pick-up and car-rental.

    Prices include cleaning, power, water, heating, bed-linen, towels, bathrobes and all the other amenities you would expect on the five-start hotels you might be used to. Cleaning will be done twice per week and the same goes for the change of bed-linen and towels.

Simply Magnificent!!!

We stayed here for a week with another family (4 adults, 4 children) at the end of August. The house is better than the pictures, and the owners (Lars and Joan) are wonderful! First class from the views to the linens! And the extra amenities the owners offer were so worth the cost (renting BMW convertibles, airport and train pick-up/drop-off, pre-stocking the wine fridge). Also Lars and Joan offer dinner menu at their nearby guest house, Le Haut des Espinets, two or three times a week which you have to try...Lars is a serious chef and creates incredible menus while you meet other guest from around the globe.
Incroyable!!

We would stay again in a heartbeat, but next time for two weeks!
