Clean, modern, well appointed. Sleeps 2 - 4

This studio apartment is located just three blocks from downtown, the San Juan River, hot springs, restaurants and nightlife. It is the perfect size for a couple or a single traveler and has everything you would find in a full house, if not more. It sits atop a heated two car garage that is part of the package. No scraping windows in the winter or melted lipstick in the summer! There are also heated sidewalks, which remain gloriously free of ice all winter long. The living area and fully equipped kitchen face east toward the San Juan Mountains. The dining room table is set for four and has views over town to the east and to the south. There are comfortable leather sofas and a flat screen television for relaxing in the living room. One of my favorite things to do here is to sit on the deck as the day winds down, enjoying the alpenglow on the mountains. There is also a full sized gas grill on the deck. If you have to stay connected or work a bit, we have an executive desk and wifi on site to make that easy. Of special note is the spa-like bathroom with it's heated travertine tiles and shower with body jets! The apartment has a custom lighting control system, to set the mood, and we provide plush, white robes for your use. And don't forget about the hot tub! It's the details that make this place special. More good news, the Old Town Market, an organic grocery store and deli, has recently opened just one block away!

What makes this apartment unique

It is only a short walk (three blocks) to downtown shopping, dining and entertainment, galleries, the San Juan River and river walk, three different hot springs spas, an organic grocery store (one block away), a bakery, coffee shops, the Reservoir Hill trail system for hiking or mountain biking and frisbee golf course, and several city parks.

My husband and I stayed in the studio for 2 night. High class and top notch all the way. We loved it! We're already talking about another trip but renting the house next time with family. If your looking a quite, beautiful and reasonably priced place to rent while visiting Pagosa then this is your place.

Ohea, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your cozy and comfortable studio apartment. The views, accomadations, and everything else you could think of was made available during our stay. Not only did we enjoy the studio apt, but the opportunity to walk outside into the courtyard for a delightful warm hottub. I must admit we did get out to the hot springs but we preferred the hottub on property. We fell in love with Pagosa Springs that we decided to extend our stay and lucky for us you were able to accomadate us for an addititonnal 3 nights. Thanks again for making our first trip to Pagosa Springs memorable. You've set the bar high for our next VRBO rental.

The studio was a great getaway for Elyse and I in Pagosa Springs, CO. Clean and modern. Well informed by the local owner on activities..snowmobiling..restaurants..groceries. We had such a great time that we extended the stay a few days and we will be sure to return!
