2. Rental Rates are Subject to State and County Resort Tax of 12.5%
3. $200 Reservation / Damage Deposit is Required within 7 days of making your reservation date and not applied to rental balance.
Your Deposit is Returned within 30 days after your
Departure Date
4. 50% of the rental balance is due 30 days after making a reservation
5. Remaing Balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival date
6. A Last Minute Reservation Must Pay 100% of the Total Rental Balance
7. Departure Cleaning Fee: $85.00 - Monthly cleaning fee $100
8. In the event of a canellation, the reservation/damage deposit
and prepaid rent will be refunded less $50 if written notice of
cancellation is received 90 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations received after the 90 days prior to the arrival
date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and prepaid
rent, unless we can re-rent our unit for the same dates & rent
event, the reservation/damage deposit & prepaid rent less a $50
fee will be returned. No Exceptions
Please Note: Pricing Excludes Holidays and Special Event Weeks such as
Bike and Race week and 4Th of July Holiday Week
