The cottage was well equiped and the property was very private, it is older and sparsely decorated with an eclectic mix of art. The beds were comfy and there were lots of extra linnens, blanketa and towels. Plenty of hot water. Weaverville is just minutes away and there are several large groceries there. The historic part of town is quaint; we ate at the Jack of Hearts which has an amazing variety of beer on tap and also has live music on the weekends. Asheville is less than 15 minutes away. It was very handy to have WiFi, cel reception and a washer and dryer. The TV was a small but we weren't there to watch TV, we just caught the news with our morning coffee. We enjoyed the small chiminea on the deck with a glass of wine at night. We cooked breakfast and dinner a couple days. Bring spices if you plan to cook. The only detractor was the road noise,
