This spacious, 2 bedroom condo is in a great location with easy access to charming St. Augustine and set on a beautiful beach. The complex is very quiet and comfortable and the owners are very accessible if you have any questions. We had a lovely time and would recommend it highly. You won't find a nicer place if you're looking for a relaxing get-away. Throw in snacks and happy hour at the South Beach Grill just down the road and you're all set!!
I do my homework when researching vacation destinations and aside from the high rating and positive comments, I was impressed with the owners passion for St Augustine (which is also his home), his immediate response to any concerns or questions and his accessibility. The unit was immaculate, tastefully decorated and equipped well beyond the basics. The kitchen has everything you can think of . The view from every single room is to die for, with a balcony facing the ocean that spans both large bedrooms (comfy beds!) and the living room. We spent most of our week visiting downtown St Augustine so didn't fully take advantage of beach life... next trip! Kudos to the owner for his dedication to making his property a true home away from home, He is also a pleasure to deal with.
This condo is clean and well taken care of. It is nicely decorated with all of the conveniences of home. We had a small problem with the WiFi but it was taken care of within an hour of contacting the owner. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach.
An excellent week just south of St Augustine (about 20 min by car). Came to celebrate my moms 85th birthday. The views from the porch, living room and both bedrooms are amazing. You don't even have to get up... just lie in bed and enjoy the pool and beach. Fabulous sunrises. Beach is soft sugar sand that gets compacted enough after low tides to run or ride a bike on. We also enjoyed watching the storms and sunsets over the ICW from the dining room, really gorgeous. I was afraid the pool might be too cold but it was lovely and really clean. In fact, the entire complex is very well maintained (with luggage carts and elevators; so one trip up and one trip down...nice) and the unit has everything you could ask for (including beach chairs, boogie boards, kites, games... you name it). David was very helpful and a gracious host. Cant imagine how it could have been better (ok, maybe someone to bring me breakfast in bed). You wont be sorry if you stay here.
This place is excellent!! It had everything our family needed and very well kept. There are so many activities nearby that we didn't have enough time to do them all. It was the best vacation ever! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
