This delightful duplex is located right across the street from tennis courts, a playground, and walking trails at Sea View Park and less than half a mile from Cliff Metcalf Memorial Beach. Dennis Port Village shops and local dining options are also within walking distance of the home. Golfers can tee it up on the historic Donald Ross-designed Bass River Golf Club and there are also several mini-golf options for families with little ones. A shared yard and grill provide a sunny spot for backyard barbecues back at the duplex. You'll also have access to a private outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and saltwater after days at the beach.

The inviting interior is well-appointed for contemporary comfort. Updated stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. There's also your choice of traditional drip or K-cup coffee machines to accommodate lazy mornings at home or coffee on the go. Free WiFi and a smart TV are equipped for home entertainment, web browsing, or remote working. The exterior basement includes shared access to a washer/dryer.

This retreat can be rented together with Sea View Revue - A to accommodate larger groups.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
