As described, clean, comfortable, convenient
This charming cottage is well-maintained and has every amenity you need for a vacation - I stayed here twice this past winter and especially love the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beaches. It is several blocks to a secluded sea cove and a short drive to the nearest public beach, grocery store, CVS, Starbuck's. etc. You can walk to a donut shop, fancy restuarant, 7-11, and some businesses. The interior design of the cottage is cozy and cheerful; the kitchen is very well stocked and the counter oven can roast a chicken. You can find left-over pantry items like pasta, coffee, seasonings, etc. The master bed was quite comfortable. There is no longer a computer; nor is there a landline, but I was all set with my iphone. There is a sliding door to the bathroom so there is privacy there, and I agree with previous renters that the curtain between the two main sleeping areas would do fine for families. I enjoyed the videos, DVDs, books abd large desk area, and there are games, beach chairs and towels, and plenty of linens and supplies - even a high chair. The cottage is attached to the main house so you very close by you have the owner, who is respectful of your privacy and available if you need anything. The location is South Laguna which is about 3 miles south of the main beach - Laguna Beach. I would recommend this lovely cottage especially for families, a couple, or a single who wants to enjoy being in a nice low-key neighborhood.
