We are the Owners of this Beautiful home which my wife and I built. It was a lot of hard work, but well worth it.
We moved from Honolulu, Hawaii where we were born and raised.
We Visited the Big Island of Hawaii and fell in love with the Ohia Trees, Tropical Beauty the people and its lifesty
We are both Locally Born & Raised on the Island of Oahu (Honolulu, Hawaii).
When My Husband and I Visited the Big Island for the 1st time in the 1990's, we knew this is where we would love to live.
We love the Clement 'Coolness, rainy, sunny etc... & the Tropical that surrounds you know matter where you go.
In 2001 We Came back for another visit and decided to purchase property for the Future.
In 2002 we had a baby girl, watching her grow up Fast we realized that we needed to make our move soon as We wanted her to be bought up on the Big Island however reality hit us, Financially we were not Ready and did not Make that Move until 2006.
We decided to Make a Small loan as WE were going to be the Builders of our own home from the Ground - Up. My Husband comes from a family of Carpenters/Builders.
With the Small Loan in-hand and Gods faith we Moved to the Big Island in February 2006, Our baby was now 4yrs old.
We built a 12x10 shack on the property and stayed in it while we build our home to live in. The building process of our home started in May of 2006 on Mothers Day.
With Much Hard Work, Rainy weather, Our 1st Earth Quake, Arguments ( In Agreement & Not), in 2007 We've Come to the End of Our Labor of Love.
We Love Our Home, Eachother, and More So Know.... Now Our Little Girl will Grow up with BEAUTIFUL surrounding her and with Gods Faith.
The Reason we Choose this Prime 2Acre Property Was the Distance. We are just 2 Roads Away from The Main Road, Still having our Own Private, Quiet Oasis Quick and Easy Access to the closet Store about 5minutes away, Gas Station 5minutes away, Nearest School 6miles, And for the Many Places we Still Enjoying going like (Hawaii Volcano National Park, Kapoho Hot Ponds, 5Mile Drive to one of the Most Beautiful Ocean Rugged Cliffs.
