Points to note:

➡️ Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years
➡️ Valid ID to be provided for verification as requested. The ID and the credit card used must be in the name the guest making the booking
➡️Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
➡️Security deposit of $150 will be held on the credit card 2 days prior to check in date and will be released 5 days after check out if there are no damages
➡️Details of all the guests, pets and vehicles are required at the time of booking
➡️Maximum capacity – 6 persons, includes children. This total includes people day or night, staying or visiting. Any evidence of guests above the 12 person maximum occupancy may result in eviction of the whole group without refund
➡️There is a charge of $25 per hour for an early check in and/or a late check out and allowed only when there are no other check ins or check outs on that day.
➡️Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am
➡️ No more than one dog is allowed ad there is a pet fee of 100$
➡️ Pets must be listed in booking and pet policy strictly enforced
➡️ No pets on beds, rugs and couches
➡️ No parties or events allowed
➡️No smoking, marijuana or illegal drug use
➡️ No fireworks and no fire allowed in the house, deck or outside the house
➡️ No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter in the house or on the deck/hot tub
➡️ No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming
➡️3 cars can be parked on the driveway right outside the front door
➡️Supplies provided are as a starter pack and the guest is responsible for getting their own additional supplies if required depending on the length of stay.
➡️For your safety, security cameras installed on the outside. They do not face the living areas or the hot tub
➡️Place all rash in trash bags and place it in the bear-proof trash container in front of the cabin. If trash will no longer fit into the bins, please reach out so that we can try to coordinate a trash pick up with our cleaners.
➡️ The route to this house has a mountain road in the last 1 mile and is steep at some places. Regular cars are able to get to the cabin with no difficulty, Please be careful with the drive as the road are narrow at some places.
➡️There is wildlife here at Smoky mountains and we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter some wildlife during your stay. Some of them may be dangerous. The native wildlife includes bears, raccoons, skunks, snakes and some insects. Please do not leave your kids unattended outside the cabin and have your dogs leashed at all times. Please do not leave food or beverages outside the house or on the deck and do not approach or feed any wildlife. Please keep the cabin doors and windows locked at all times.
➡️We do not offer refunds covering traveler illness, missed flights, changed plans, or other traveler-related issues. This is why we strongly recommend third-party trip insurance that will cover your trip. Please review the cancellation policy.
➡️This is a privately owned cabin and sometimes issues arise at home unexpectedly with appliances or utilities. Our team inspect all the utilities and services prior to each guests and still we sometimes hear the issues from the guest for the first time. We will do everything in our power to address the issues as quickly as possible, but cannot offer any refunds, cancellations or alternate accommodations unless the cabin is deemed uninhabitable.
➡️ Please understand that there is a risk associated with using the hot tub and you use it at your own risk. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Please do not stand on hot tub covers and please close the cover when hot tub is not in use.
➡️ Children must be supervised all times when on the outside deck or when using the hot tub.
➡️ Please use only the pool towels provided for the hot tub.
➡️ No hair dye, or colors or tanning creams/sprays to be used prior to getting into the hot tub. Please shower prior to getting into the hot tub to avoid damage to the hot tub and the jets.
➡️ Please let us know if you notice any damages or issues when you check in and we will try to fix them immediately. Guests will be charged for nay damages that occur during the stay.
