This sunny Two Bedroom Villa is just minutes from Siesta Key--the perfect base, with a heated pool, a hot tub, plus tennis and basketball courts. You can spend your vacation indulging in activities you love--golfing, shopping, or just relaxing from our reasonably priced condo.

While at home, you'll love the 42-inch, internet ready, flat-screened TV in the living room with DVD player. Whip up your favorite tropical drink in the fully equipped kitchen and watch the sun set on the screened lanai before using one of the furnished grills or heading out to one the many fabulous restaurants Sarasota has to offer.

Stay connected with free WI-Fi and free long distance calling in the US and Canada.

Sleep in comfort. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a second flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet and attached bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds.

There's a washer and dryer, dishwasher, kitchen eating area and a dining room table for all the comforts of home while traveling. Park your car in our enclosed garage.

Enjoy Sarasota with everything it offers. Golf, head to Siesta Key or Lido beach, shop at Saint Armand's Circle or nearby Westfield Sarasota Square Mall. About The Owner

We're semi-retired Minnesotans and love being snow birds. We also own a home in Provence and love fine food and wine.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2001
Why The Owner chose Sarasota

We've been coming to Sarasota for years. We decided we wanted a place of our own and, after looking at lots of condos, chose Village des Pins for its spacious, light filled villas and wonderful amenities.

What makes this villa unique

We love to lounge by the pool in the afternoon and then sit on our lanai before heading out to dinner or perhaps a movie in the evening.

Perfect Villa, wonderful owner!

If you are looking for a perfect vacation rental, look no further!! Our stay in this villa for Thanksgiving week was perfect. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family. The owner, Mary, is such a nice person and was very accommodating. The villa was stocked with plenty of extras and I love Mary's concept of pay it forward - if something runs out at the villa (laundry detergent, soap, paper towels, etc) replace it for the next guest! This ensures all visitors have everything they need during their stay. The heated pool and spa were glorious and the villa is located close to shopping and not far from the beaches. I will definitely be back with my family in the future! Thanks again, Mary!!

This villa is in a fantastic safe location. The property was incredibly clean, the bath rooms were spotless. We were very impressed as it had every thing we needed as a family with young children. All the beaches were only about 15min drive in a car and there are activities,attractions and restaurants all with in easy reach. The owner mary was a delight to work with and made us feel welcome. We will definitely go back.

My husband and I vacationed at Mary's villa (Village des Pins) in February 2012. The home is very comfortable, bright and spacious. We also found its location ideally situated for shopping, theater, YMCA, and trips to beach, parks,etc.,. The grounds are well maintained and the community is very peaceful. We enjoyed the beautiful, large, heated swimming pool and relaxing spa. We love Sarasota and plan on returning next year.

Better than Advertised

We spent a delightful week at Village des Pins. The villa was spotless and ideally situated for trips to the increible white sand beaches, kayaking with alligators and feral pigs, and feasting at the oyster bars, fish restaurants, and cerviche spots. Conviently situated near a shopping mall with well stocked grocery stores, our time here flew by. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Mary was wonderful to work with......thank you!
