This unique apartment has a great location.Just 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful avenue in the world the Champs-Elysees and the monument The Arc de Triomphe. Just across the street is the main entrance of The park Monceau .Recently remodeled this 350 sq.m(3,770sq.ft) apartment on the 2nd floor has double exposition on avenue Hoche and rue de Courcelles.Lighted living room with mirror TV.Modern fully equipped kitchen .Formal dining room(seats 8)and breakfast room(seats 6).Library/office.There are 4 full bedrooms.Perfect for a big family.Master bedroom with king size bed,2 guest rooms with queen size beds and 1 guest room with 2 twin size beds(kids room).There is 1 half bedroom with a bunk bed ,great for kids as well.Every room has a separate bathroom.Fully equipped laundry room.Cleaning service included twice a week.Metro Courcelles.Taxi stop 50 m. from the apartment.Sleeps 8.

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment in a great location. It was one of the most tastefully appointed homes I have ever stayed in, bigger than expected and very comfortable and extremely clean. We were a short walk from the Arc DeTriomphe/Champs Elysees. My family of seven had ample room and we found it very helpful to have the amenities of an apartment. The entire process of reserving, checking in, and checking out was handled beautifully. The owner was accessible for communication throughout and the person who was there to meet us at check in and check out was extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and hope that someday I have another opportunity to vacation in it again.

An excellent stay

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it.

For a first time visitor coming with extended family including two little kids, we could not have asked for a better set up. The apartment is spacious and feels even bigger than the pictures indicate. All the rooms are nicely decorated with all the necessities without feeling overdone. The double decker bus bunk bed was an added bonus for the kids. The apartment has an old world charm that is truly enjoyable. Brightly lit and airy, overlooking Park Monceau with Arc du Triomphe only short walk away...one could not ask for a more convenient location.

To add to this, both the owner (whom we did not meet) and the caretaker of the apartment were very nice, helpful and extremely easy to work with. Thanks again Uliana and Edwige....we appreciate your hospitality.
