1 bedroom condo on top (3rd) floor with ocean view. Sleeps 4 with the convertible sofa in the living room. Perfect if you're here for the Ironman Triathlon or need to experience a slice of paradise with the feel of old-time Hawaii. Relax on the lanai off the living room overlooking the pool and watch the sun sink into the ocean.

Terrific snorkeling is within easy walk, with a variety of colorful tropical fish, marine life and turtles. Kona village is within an easy walk with shopping, terrific restaurants, palm shaded beaches. And of course, there's the volcano.

This is a timeshare property. This rental period is for September 15 through October 13.

About The Owner

I am a microbiologist and my wife Annie is in restaurant management. Our love of travel brought us to be involved with short term mission trips with Joni and Friends Wheels for the World. I love to flyfish and mountain bike ride and Annie is an equestrian.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1978
Why The Owner chose Kailua Kona

My parents purchased this condo in 1978, as one of the first timeshares in the state of Hawaii. We have been coming here with family gatherings since then.

What makes this condo unique

We love the easy access to town. It's fun to sit under a palm tree on the sea wall and watch the people from the cruise ships shop. And we love all the adventure, from snorkeling with turtles, hiking in tropical jungles, walking on lava flows, viewing glowing lava, getting wet under breathtaking waterfalls.....this island has it all.
