Surrounded by Palm Trees, Regal Palms is situated at 2700 Sand Mine Road in Davenport Fl. It is located 14 Miles from Disney 's Magic Kingdom and 23 miles from Universal Studios. Regal Palms is adjacent from Highlands Reserve Golf Club and a short drive from some of the most popular golf courses in Central Florida.

This 3 Bedroom /3 Bath Townhouse contains over 1,500 square feet of living space. The first floor contains a fully equipped kitchen,Dining/Living Area,and full bathroom. The First Floor bedroom has two twin beds. The living room includes a sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests. On the Second floor there are two Master Suites one features a king size bed, private full bath, walk in Closet and Covered Balcony, the second one also features a King size bed and private full bath. Laundry is located on the second floor as well.

This Townhouse comes complete with a fully equipped Kitchen, including Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Can Opener. All Cookware, Plates, Bowls, Cups, Glasses and Utensils are provided. The Laundry area contains Washer, Dryer, Iron, ironing Board, Mop and Broom.

A 24 Hour Guest Reception Area with a friendly and knowledgeable Team awaits your arrival. A Business Center offers High Speed Internet Access and Free WiFi is available throughout the Clubhouse. Awesome,wonderful,one of the best family vacations

Excellent customer service. Excellent and comfortable condo. Do not have to leave the resort as there are many amenities. Really loved the karaoke and movie nights. Five stars.

We received great service, the home was everything we thought it would be. The pool was just a short walk from the home. It was a busy time of year to go, but all in all it was nice.

Our experience with the propery management company was superior as was our stay. This location was convenient to everything, they had lots to do on the property for everyone, and the staff was very professional and courteous. We would definitely stay agin.

great place for a family vacation!

this was a great place to stay, clean, centrally located to theme parks, lots to do on the property including lazy river & waterside with several pools & spa! Walking distance to supermarket, restaurant on property was delicious! I would recommend to family & friends.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
