This property can easily accommodate 3 to 4 families for sleeping and living. The house is located at the 4.5 mile mark of the Falmouth Road Race and has been completely refurnished in 2014 and remodeled inside over the course of the last several years. The house will provide plenty of space for kid and adult separation and has a large front and back lawn for outdoor activities. The house also has a beautiful billiard room for evening fun and keeping the teenagers occupied. The location is ideal for large families that move at different speeds. Take your time getting to the beach and dinner as you can walk to either and never worry about parking. It is an easy bike ride with children to the Island Queen for a day of biking on Martha's Vineyard. A run along surf drive beach is ideal morning noon or night with scenic views and a cool ocean breeze. The kitchen is large with two dishwashers, a large island ideal for seating kids or setting out a buffet dinner. The family room has a 60' flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Pandora, etc. Wifi works throughout the house. The house also has a stereo system that works throughout the house and back deck. The back deck has a gas grill and comfortable couch and chairs as well as a large picnic table and chairs for family meals. If your stand at the end of the driveway you can see the ocean and Martha's Vineyard. The large wrap around farmers porch stays cool in the shade and gets a nice ocean breeze and allows for watching the kids play in the front yard.. The house is separated into two sides upstairs for more privacy. There are four bathrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. The outdoor shower is large and comfortable for changing. The mattresses are comfortable (not cheap) and most have barely been used. The bathrooms and kitchens have all been updated within the last few years. This house is one of a kind and elegantly decorated to reflect its roots as one of the oldest most unique houses in Falmouth. The house was build in 1884 by Dr Faulkner the man that Faulkner Hospital in Boston was named after.
