Quiet wood lot home in walking distant to downtown V.H and West Chop Light

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in West Chop area of Vineyard Haven. Newer stainless kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Newer beds and mattresses throughout the house. This home is very well equipped with many upgrades that include: 2- large flat screens,CD stereo, gas grill, extra large 2nd level deck, outdoor Adirondack chairs,6-beach chairs & umbrella. Just a short walk to the West Chop Lighthouse, conservation land trails, local area beaches, and to downtown Vineyard Haven for great shops and local restaurants. After a day at the beach enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower. There is even a loft that can be used as a quite reading room.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING, NO PET PROPERTY to be considerate for homeowner and guests with allergies.

Fond memories

My family stayed at this house 2 summers ago in July and I still have fond memories of this place. We loved the huge dining table, able to fit our family of 4 adults and 4 children easily. Everything we needed for cooking was readily available and having the Keurig was a plus for our coffee drinkers. The rooms were all clean, bright and nicely decorated. There was a nice loft area where the kids could play and read and be nearby while we were cooking. They also had their own space downstairs to watch TV or a movie. There was a nice outdoor shower- a must to get everyone cleaned off after a visit to nearby Lake Tashmoo or any of the other beaches. We all enjoyed relaxing outside on the upper deck in this very quiet neighborhood. Sylvia, the owner was always quick to respond to our many questions and we had the pleasure of meeting her as we were checking out. I would not hesitate to rent this house again in the future.

Welcome home! We had a great time at your Martha's Vineyard "home-away-from-home". We got you a small house warming gift. On the deck coffee table is a lavender plant. After staying at your New Seabury home, I fell in love with lavender plants. I came home and planted several in my garden.
We had a wonderful 10 days in Martha's Vineyard.
